Prescription request information

The practice's existing prescriptions page says:

• Use your NHS account for repeat prescriptions.
• Use online triage for prescription queries and items not on repeat prescription.
• You can post a repeat request to the practice, or tick the relevant boxes on the white repeat side of your prescription and place it in the prescription letter box opposite the pharmacy entrance, even when the practice is closed.
• The practice does not take repeat prescription requests over the phone.
• Prescriptions take 3 working days to process, with potentially a further 2 days for the pharmacy to process them.
