You can contact us online, through the app, or by phone.

Immediate action required: Call 999 or go to A&E now if:

it's a life-threatening emergency. Do not use our online form or wait for a call back.

Use our online form to ask for an appointment, get medical advice, or help with things like fit notes and letters.

The online form is available 6am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Use the NHS App

You can use the NHS App to book some appointments, order repeat prescriptions and see your health record.

Call 01625 529421. Phone lines are open 8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

If you cannot use our online form, our reception team will fill it in for you over the phone.

Cancelling an appointment

If you cannot make your appointment, please tell us as soon as possible so we can offer it to someone else. You can cancel in the NHS App or by calling us.
