New patient registration information

The practice's existing registration page links to the NHS registration service:

Register with Handforth Health Centre using the NHS registration service.

This opens an external NHS service, not a form hosted on this website.

The practice website says it does not process applications from outside its practice area. Ask reception on 01625 529421 to check whether your address is within the boundary.
